From October 14 to 16, the 30th Anniversary Azerbaijan International Construction Exhibition was held at the Baku Expo Center. The event brought together around 150 companies from Azerbaijan as well as China, Germany, India, Iran, Russia, South Korea, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and other countries.

“AS Group” was represented at the exhibition with a two-part stand.

One section was dedicated to the projects implemented by “AS Inshaat” LLC, a member company of the group, including the construction of Aghali 1, Aghali 2, and Mammadbeyli villages in the Zangilan district — the foundations of which were laid by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev — as well as the design of the Dovlatyarly village in the Fuzuli district. The other section showcased concrete products manufactured at the Small-Sized Concrete Products Plant of “AS Istehsal Karabakh” LLC, another group company, located in the Aghdam Industrial Park.

Additionally, information was presented about the “4You Baku” residential complex and the “Archimedes” device, which are being developed jointly in Baku with the group’s partner company from Kazakhstan, “BI Group.”

It was noted that the main advantage of the “Archimedes” device compared to other energy generation systems is its ability to produce energy from non-pressurized water. Moreover, the construction of small hydroelectric power stations in low-altitude areas and at low flow speeds becomes more efficient and easier with “Archimedes” turbines.

The company’s projects and innovative solutions attracted great interest from exhibition participants, visitors, and media representatives.

On the first day of the exhibition, “AS Group” organized an international conference titled “Smart and Green Solutions for Sustainable Development.” The conference featured two panel sessions: “Sustainable Architecture – The Symbiosis of Energy-Efficient and Adaptive Construction” and “Energy Efficiency and the Use of Green Energy in Urban Planning.” During the event, the company presented its environmentally focused projects and innovative approaches.

Since 2003, “AS Group” has played a leading role in implementing complex projects for both the public and private sectors. The company successfully operates in construction, real estate, agriculture, industry, transport and logistics, renewable energy, and HoReCa sectors.
