“AS Inshaat” company carried out a construction of the “Samur” customs border checkpoint in Khachmaz district at the request of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The project consists of a 3-storey building, a temporary checkpoint with two canopies, and a two-way passageway for pedestrians, a warehouse, dog training and other auxiliary facilities. The project was launched in November 2007 and commissioned in December 2009.
