May 13, 2025, Baku — One of Azerbaijan’s leading companies, AS Group, and one of Central Asia’s top development companies, BI Group, presented to the public the "4You Baku" premium residential complex, which will be implemented within the framework of a strategic partnership.
The presentation ceremony began with an opening speech by Alim Bayel, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan. The Ambassador emphasized that such projects further deepen the strengthening economic and cultural ties between the two countries.
Next, Shahin Movsumov, the founder of AS Group, and Aydin Rahimbayev, the CEO of BI Group, delivered speeches, providing detailed information about the projects implemented by the partner companies in the region, as well as the economic and architectural significance of the 4You Baku complex.
The project’s architect, Hayr Baysak, head of Turkey’s renowned Reta Project company, delivered a presentation on the design features, functionality, and compliance of the 4You Baku complex with modern urban planning principles.
The event was attended by urban planning and real estate experts, media representatives, bloggers, and public figures. The official launch of the initial sales phase of the 4You Baku project also took place within the framework of this event.
Guests enjoyed a range of engaging and interactive activities: winners of the lottery draw were awarded special gifts, and a virtual reality (VR) experience was provided, offering an immersive view of the project’s location. The event continued with a tastefully arranged buffet and a musical-artistic program.
