Establishing of the Quality Plan and Procedure and supervision of all the process;
Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests and oversee all testing methods;
Monitor and inspect construction activities and report to Project Manager on quality assurance issues, such as non-compliance with standards, or potential problems;
Analysis and research of the causes of deterioration of work quality on the Site, taking measures to eliminate the problems;
Review quality of all materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications;
Checking the compliance of materials with the requirements approved by the technical documentation and contract terms signed with the Suppliers;
Report the Project Quality Audit Results to Project Manager;
Attend quality management meetings;
Collaborate closely with HSE and other project team to ensure quality compliances and provide inputs with respect to Quality performance to the team on the evaluation and selection of subcontractors;
Application of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 standards;
Reviews, comments and approves the Sub-contractors’ Quality Control Plans and Reports;
Produce and develop the Project Quality Training Plan;
Prepare and submit monthly safety and quality performance reports to the Management.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Engineering;
Minimum 7 years experience in QA / QC onshore or offshore activities in the oil industry or construction sphere;
Experience in International Projects or Organization;
Knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards;
Knowledge and experience in ISO Quality Management System;
Knowledge of RFI Quality Management System;
The ability to lead and motivate a team;
Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills;
Fluent Azerbaijani and English, Russian is desirable.
